The machines can be widely used in metallurgy, machinery, mold making and other industries. Compared with traditional band sawing machines, the circular sawing machines have the features such as fast sawing speed, high accuracy and excellent cutting surface.

            The machines adopt a fixed-beam type gantry frame structure to facilitate the feeding and discharging of the steel plate. The cutting length of the steel plate is not limited by the machine structure.

            The machines consist of two parts, one is cutting motion and feeding motion by the circular saw blade, the other is feeding and discharging motion of the steel plate.              The steel plate cutting process is clamped synchronously in the vertical direction and the cutting direction. The special design ensures positioning accuracy and cutting stability and reliability. The machine tool adopts oil spray micro-lubrication cooling method, which is clean and of pro-environment. Due to the edge of the tool, the cutting surface has the milling result.
